Here at Zerobacco we've got you covered whether you want fast shipping or cheap shipping. We strive to get the best rates for our customers and at the same time we've got you covered if anything happens during transport. Shipping cost is automatically calculated at the checkout proccess.

Your shipping options are as follows:

ELTA Hellenic Post

This is most commonly known as "Simple Airmail" with tracking number. Shipping is done every day at 19.00 so all proccessed order up to that time will be shipped the same day. You'll receive a tracking number usually the next day. It's the most economical, cost-effective but also slow shipping method. The tracking number can be used to track the package until it leaves the Greek Airport from the ELTA Tracking Page here. Then you can track the package from your countries local post from the time it lands in your country.

Deliveries in Greece is done within 2 days and in Europe within 5 business days.

Courier Service

We use Red Courier service for all our packages. Red Courier is a trustworth courier company in Athens. All proccessed orders placed until 14.00 (GMT +2) will be sent the same day if all products are in stock.

Deliveries outside Attica will be done through ACS Courier.

Deliveries around Europe except Greece will be done through ELTA

Delivery times are as follows: for Greece the next day though some exceptions exist and for Europe up to 2 business days.

Local Pickup

You can of course make your order online and take advantage of the web prices and pick up the order from our brick n mortar store in Athens free of charge. As you may have guessed this is only for domestic orders.
